Just ranting at the injustice of it all... dont mind me...

If you want to hammer on Obama about something, I suggest you question what inspired him to select Timothy Geithner for Sec. of Treasury. Because if the answer is anything other than to make him (Geithner) get us out of the mess he (Geithner) helped get us into, then it's the wrong answer. Down with Wall Street criminals!

In 2005-2006 someone at Citibank leaked documents that showed Citibank's experts had come to the conclusion that the United States was no longer a democracy but rather a Plutonomy. (Which is hilarious because the United States was never a real democracy anyway, it was designed to be a Constitutional Republic) No, that wasn't some right or left wing radical nut saying that, it was the experts at Citibank. And apparently the only thing they (the plutonomy) are remotely fearful of is that we have the right to vote, and that the only thing in the Oligarchy's way is a possible peasant revolt.

By "peasants" they mean me and probably you too unless you are in the upper 1-5% of the wealthiest people. Do you know about "Dead Peasant insurance policies"? It's another example of what Corporate America considers you. Peasants.

..."and you think you're so clever and classless and free...but you're still fucking peasants as far as I can see." (John Lennon)

Does your corporate employer or former corporate employer have a secret life insurance policy on you? You wouldn't know would you? Because they don't have to tell you. How do you feel about being worth more dead than alive to them? How do you feel when a large corporation takes out a life insurance policy on your wife that only pays them in the event of her death? Please understand me... you and your family don't receive the money from this policy, the corporation does. Seems pretty wrong up to me... I'm not talking about companies taking out policies on a senior executive or a person who has critical knowledge of how to run the business, I'm talking about everyday, common corporate employees, some who may not even still be employed by that company...having these "Dead Peasant" policys on them.

There is a reason I can't take out a fire insurance policy on my neighbor's house... because then I would have a vested interest in my neighbor's house burning down. Right? Well, why in the fuck do we let employers take out insurance policies on our lives? If there is one thing we should have all clearly learned by now is that large employers really don't give a (word meaning fornication) about the peons that work for them... Hey, if you are worth more dead than alive, especially if you don't even work for us any longer, why wouldn't we want you dead? It makes us money and there are 1000's of desperate people willing to take your job.

I'm not suggesting that most companies are overtly killing off their "rank and file" (peons and peasants) but I'm saying the motivation is certainly there. It's a disgusting practice. On a side note...Has anyone checked to see how many companies had "Dead Peasant policies" on the victims in the 911-World Trade Center? Enquiring minds want to know, because we know that other parties also tried to gain financially (and seemed to have fore knowledge of the attacks) Oh no..wait... "pilots" who could barely fly, hijacked Airliners and then flew them into Steel buildings and caused them to collapse with fuel-fire temperatures that never burned hot enough to melt steel. And suddenly for the first time in history..on the same day...3 steel buildings collapsed (rather neatly) into themselves due to fire we're told (even though 1 of the 3 buildings wasn't struck by a plane)... I love that story.
